Overview

This guide walks you through connecting your PTI Storlogix Cloud access control system to Seam. Your Storlogix Cloud site must already be set up and operational before proceeding.

Step 1: Gather Your Storlogix Cloud Credentials

To connect your Storlogix site, you need the following information:
  • Site code
  • Site key
  • Operator username
  • Operator password
  • Storlogix Cloud dashboard URL
To obtain this information:
  1. Log in to your Storlogix Cloud dashboard using your operator username and password.
  2. Note the page URL in the address bar at the top of your web browser, as well as the operator username and password that you used to log in.
  3. In the top, left corner of the Storlogix Cloud dashboard, click the three-bar button.
  4. Click Operations > Company Info.
  5. Click the Device Settings tab.
  6. Note the SiteKey and SiteCode values.
If you do not have access to your Storlogix Cloud dashboard — that is, if you are unsure of your Storlogix Cloud login credentials or the dashboard URL — contact the PTI Security Systems Customer Support team. They can assist you in retrieving your login details.When contacting a PTI Security Systems Customer Support agent, have your PTI Support PIN or facility information ready.Make sure that you obtain the appropriate credentials specifically for Storlogix Cloud dashboard access.

Step 2: Connect to Seam via Connect Webview

  1. Open the Connect Webview provided by your application.
  2. Select PTI Storlogix Cloud as the provider.
  3. Enter the site code, site key, operator username, operator password, and dashboard URL that you gathered in Step 1.
  4. Once authorized, your PTI Storlogix Cloud system is connected to Seam.

Step 3: Verify the Connection

After connecting, verify that your Storlogix Cloud system appears as a connected account and that your access control resources are visible in Seam.

Troubleshooting

Authorization fails in Connect Webview

Make sure you are using the operator credentials for the Storlogix Cloud dashboard, not a different PTI login. Double-check the site code, site key, and dashboard URL values from the Device Settings tab.

Cannot find Storlogix Cloud credentials

Contact the PTI Security Systems Customer Support team with your PTI Support PIN or facility information to retrieve your dashboard login details.

System connected but no access areas visible

Verify that your Storlogix Cloud site has access levels and units configured. Seam reflects the access structure defined in Storlogix Cloud.
