This guide walks you through connecting your igloohome locks to Seam. Your locks must already be set up and working in the igloohome app before proceeding.

1. Create an igloohome account

If you don’t already have one, download the igloohome mobile app and create an account. For more information, see “Download App & Sign in” in the igloohome app quick start guide.

2. Add your igloohome devices

In the igloohome mobile app, add your igloohome locks. For more information, see “Pair your lock” in the igloohome app quick start guide.

3. Set up the igloohome Bridge (optional)

To configure your igloohome smart locks remotely, trigger lock and unlock actions, and use custom access codes, install the igloohome Wi-Fi Bridge and pair your locks to the bridge.
The igloohome Bridge is not required for offline access code (algoPIN) provisioning. It is only needed for remote lock/unlock and custom access codes.

4. Connect igloohome to Seam

Use the login credentials for your igloohome account to log in through the Seam Connect Webview and authorize Seam to access your devices.

5. Verify the connection

After completing the Connect Webview, confirm that your igloohome locks appear in your Seam workspace and show an online status.

Troubleshooting

If your devices don’t appear after connecting:
  • Confirm that your igloohome locks are paired in the igloohome mobile app.
  • Verify that you logged in with the same igloohome account that owns the locks.
  • Wait a few minutes for the initial sync to complete, then refresh your device list.
If your devices show as offline:
  • Verify that the igloohome Bridge is powered on and connected to Wi-Fi.
  • Check that each lock is within range of the bridge and paired to it.
  • Note that locks without a bridge will only support offline access codes (algoPIN).
