Overview

This guide walks you through connecting your Dusaw locks to Seam. Your Dusaw locks must already be set up in the Dusaw app and paired with a compatible gateway before proceeding.

Step 1: Connect to Seam via Connect Webview

  1. Open the Connect Webview provided by your application.
  2. Select Dusaw as the provider.
  3. Log in with your Dusaw account credentials.
  4. Once authorized, your Dusaw locks appear as devices in Seam.

Step 2: Verify the Connection

After connecting, verify that your Dusaw locks appear as devices and show as online with lock and unlock capabilities.

Troubleshooting

Locks not appearing after authorization

Ensure your Dusaw locks are set up and paired with a gateway in the Dusaw app. Only locks that are online and connected to a gateway appear in Seam. You must also be the top administrator for each lock you want to connect.

Remote unlock not working

In the Dusaw app, go to the lock settings and confirm that the Remote Unlock feature is enabled. Seam requires this setting to control the lock remotely.

Gateway pairing issues

Dusaw locks require a compatible Dusaw gateway for remote access. Confirm the gateway is online and paired to the lock in the Dusaw app.
