Overview
This guide walks you through connecting your 33 Lock smart locks to Seam. Your locks must already be physically installed before proceeding. 33 Lock devices use the TTLock platform. You need a TTLock account, the TTLock mobile app, and a compatible TTLock Gateway to connect your locks to Seam.Step 1: Set Up a TTLock Account
- Download the TTLock app for iOS or Android.
- Create an account in the TTLock app. For details, see the 33 Lock Account Registration guide.
Step 2: Add Your Lock and Gateway to the TTLock App
- Add your 33 Lock device to the TTLock app. For details, see the 33 Lock Lock Management guide.
- Add the TTLock Gateway to the TTLock app. For details, see the 33 Lock Gateway Management guide. 33 Lock devices automatically pair with the gateway. Confirm the gateway-to-lock connection strength. For details, see the 33 Lock Gateway Settings guide.
- In the TTLock app, go to the lock settings and enable the Remote Unlock feature.
If Seam detects that the Remote Unlock feature is disabled, a warning is added to the device.
Step 3: Transfer Ownership (If Applicable)

Use your TTLock account credentials to log in to the Connect Webview to add your 33 Lock devices to Seam.The Connect Webview displays the provider as TTLock.
Step 5: Verify the Connection
After connecting, verify that your 33 Lock devices appear in your Seam workspace and that each device shows an online status.Troubleshooting

- Verify that your 33 Lock devices are added to the TTLock app and connected to a TTLock Gateway.
- Confirm the gateway is online and paired with the lock.
Remote Unlock warning on device
- Open the TTLock app, go to the lock settings, and enable the Remote Unlock feature.
