1. Set up the Tedee mobile app
- Download and install the Tedee mobile app and create an account if you don’t have one.
- In the Tedee app, add your Tedee devices.
You must add your Tedee devices through the Tedee mobile app. You cannot add
devices through the Tedee web portal.
2. Connect Tedee to Seam
- Note your login credentials for the Tedee app.
- In the form to connect Tedee to Seam, enter those credentials and click Submit to complete.
Troubleshooting
If devices don’t appear after connecting your account:- Verify that each lock is online and connected to a Tedee smart bridge in the Tedee app.
- Confirm you added your devices through the Tedee mobile app, not the web portal.
